First Visit

Before your first visit, we will send you a new patient kit that includes our health questionnaire and registration materials. Please complete them at your convenience and bring them with you to your first visit. If you have dental insurance, you will want to bring that information as well. 

Your first visit with us will be a comprehensive review of your dental health. Among the things you should expect are:

  • A thorough oral examination, including only necessary X-rays
  • A discussion of the most appropriate treatment to meet your oral health goals
