Payment Policies
We are committed to providing you with quality dental care for you and your family. In order to accomplish that, we ask that our patients take responsibility for ensuring full and prompt payment for the services we perform.
When extended payment plans are needed, we work with our patients to create a payment plan that allows them to receive the care they need. We also happily offer both Citi Health and Care Credit as financing options. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly complete forms pertaining to your claim. However, we ask that you remember that we have no control over what will be covered nor the length of time the insurance company takes to process the claim. All co-pays are due at time of service.
